P & C 

The P & C meet twice each term, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Meetings alternate between morning and evening to allow all parents and community members the opportunity to attend a meeting.

Please feel free to come along. This is a great opportunity for you to be a part of the whole school community. During the meetings, information is shared and there is always time for discussion about current topics and issues.

Some of the many wonderful things our P & C organise include:

* Running the Uniform Shop

* Fundraising (stalls, trivia nights, BBQs + many other activities)

* Organise and run school discos

* Plus many many other things!

P & C meetings for the remainder of 2009 will be on the following dates:

Term 3 - Wednesday 19th August at 9.15am

Term 3 - Wednesday 16th September at 7.30pm

Term 4 - Wednesday 21st October at 9.15am

Term 4 - Wednesday 18th November at 7.30pm (Annual General Meeting)

All P & C meetings are held in the JEPS Staffroom.
